The Architectural Designer II will support project architects and managers in the design and documentation of large-scale residential and hospitality projects. Professional Licensure: Preferred • Plays a crucial role in bringing our design visions to life by providing technical expertise, developing detailed drawings, and ensuring that design concepts are seamlessly translated into built environments while adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in interior design, execution and living design. • Reviews work for accuracy, omissions, legibility, and for document compliance in accordance with the Project Delivery Manual. • Coordinates with consultants, contractors, and vendors to integrate technical requirements, building codes, and regulatory standards into the design process. • Produces, reviews, and analyzes accurate technical and contract documentation for construction of projects to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards. • Experience in construction document preparation and field observation • Experience in and demonstrated commitment to sustainable building practices
