The Designer supports the development and interdisciplinary coordination of all design documents and specifications to ensure the highest quality of design representation for use and coordination by the entire project team. Assist your project team in the development of all design documentation from the conceptual design phase through construction administration, including field reviews, and the submittal/shop drawing process. Throughout the specification process and before issuance among peer consultants as well as review with CCO and Creative Director, evaluate and approve all specification documents, schedules and custom FF&A drawings for accuracy of dimensions, sizes, finishes, fabrics, quantities, specification callouts and locations, and cross-references to budget and technical collaboration with the interior design documents and schedules. When on a project site, team members are required to comply with all contractor-imposed safety procedures. Due to changes within the design and development process, nature of the design industry, team members must be able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the company.

Wynn Resorts in Las Vegas is seeking a skilled Designer to collaborate with various teams in creating comprehensive interiors for hospitality projects. This role involves overseeing all aspects of design documentation, FF&E specification, and creative solutions throughout project phases. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Interior Design or Architecture and have proven experience in significant hospitality-related design projects. The Designer will collaborate with senior leadership to develop interior schemes, space planning, and FF&E specifications for large-scale projects. This role involves interdisciplinary coordination and technical documentation to ensure high-quality design representation throughout the project lifecycle.

Designer III: • Bachelors/Professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction or Project Management from an accredited academic institution is preferred • Minimum of 1-3 years of design and/or project management and/or experience with leading design teams, including a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in significant hospitality and/or entertainment-related design projects When on a project site, team members are required to comply with all contractor-imposed safety procedures. • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings related to the interior design department. • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Interior Design VPs and business operations. • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the interior design industry. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
