The Architectural Designer will assist the team to communicate and collaborate closely with clients, staff, consultants, vendors, and contractors to produce successful architectural design outcomes. Create elevations or other graphic documents for meetings, presentations, or submittals (primarily in AutoCAD) Draw elevations, RCP, floor plans, furniture plans and lighting elevations in AutoCAD Project drawings are clear, accurate and in compliance with client approved project documents. Coordinate with builder, architect, or trades as needed. Proven ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadline. Bachelor’s degree required, Minimum 5+ years AutoCAD and construction documentation experience Minimum 5+ years design experience Minimum 5+ year of project management/administrative experience

In this role, you will be instrumental in translating conceptual ideas into precise technical drawings and detailed designs. Duties • Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for interior design projects using AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and other design software. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and system designs. • Knowledge of construction processes and technical drafting for interior or mechanical projects. W Home Collection’s has a showroom in Ohio and Naples which showcases an assortment of custom furniture as well as a curated offering of décor. • Assists clients’ with purchases by utilizing product knowledge, answering questions and making product suggestions • Retrieves merchandise from sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations; places special orders. · Ability to recommend merchandise to customers o Adobe Acrobat • Education (degree(s) required) • High school diploma required, bachelor’s in interior design degree a plus • Experience (years of experience required) • 4+ years of retail experience • 2 years administrative experience Application Question(s): • Are you able to work Saturdays & Holidays?
