Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture from an accredited program10+ years of professional experience in workplace, hospitality, mixed-use, multifamily, or commercial interiorsStrong design sensibility with demonstrated experience leading complex interior architecture projectsAdvanced proficiency in Revit/BIM workflowsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, and Microsoft OfficeStrong understanding of construction documentation, interior detailing, building systems, materials, and specificationsExperience leading consultant coordination and client-facing project deliveryExcellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively across disciplines and project scalesStrong organizational, multitasking, and time management skillsNCIDQ, Registered Interior Designer, or Architect licensure preferredFamiliarity with sustainable design principles and LEED accreditation preferred

Interior Designer (5-7 Years of Experience) $75,000 - $90,000 For more than 35 years, we have earned a reputation for shaping and reshaping urban structures and systems into special places through our principle-driven approach. Ideal candidates will possess a strong working knowledge of REVIT, SketchUp and Adobe Suite, but should be comfortable generating design concepts in hand sketch form. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from a CIDA accredited University · NCIDQ or working towards certification · 2-6 years experience in all phases of interior design, including substantial and varied experience involving responsible planning and interior design of complex projects.
