In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by guiding the customer through their design center appointment and informing them on the materials that will be in their home. The most rewarding aspect of this role is playing an integral role in the vision customers have for their home. The selection sheets should clearly communicate the customers' wants and expectations so they can be properly executed.Follow up with customers, Sales Counselors, and Divisions as needed to ensure that selections and sign- offs are accurate and completed on time.Work with Division Managers and Sales Managers to design speculative inventory homes utilizing research on what will be popular for a given community and home plan. The ideal candidate should possess an Associate’s Degree in design or a related field and demonstrate strong communication skills.
