You will be dedicated to designing excellence using your strengths in architectural spacing and design curation for luxury residential and college sorority houses nationwide! In this Direct Hire, Interior Designer role, you will bring your experience with managing "whole home" design projects and have an energetic attitude working both independently and alongside a collaborative design team in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. Location: Onsite in North Scottsdale office and various client locations • **Relocation assistance to the Metro Phoenix area available for qualified candidates outside of Arizona. Job Responsibilities: • Work independently to develop design intent and material selections • Prepare and produce “magazine worthy” design presentations • Develop plans, elevations, and renderings that illustrate the design intent and use of materials • Create detailed proposals that maximize the client’s budget and timeline while ensuring profitability • Use AutoCAD to create detailed working drawing sets of floor plans, elevations, and space planning • Lead client installations and work closely with the operations team on the advanced planning and logistics leading up to the installation to create a “wow” experience for high-end clients • Monitor progress and attend job site reviews during construction.
