Interior Design Position Develop design solutions on multiple interior design projects simultaneously, including higher education, civic, government, and cultural projects. Support firmwide interior design efforts and client presentations. Develop design solutions to complex problems and coordinate with the larger project team through the development and presentation of these ideas. Work to ensure that construction documents are consistent with design intent and meet the firm's BIM standards. You will collaborate across project stages from programming to documentation, ensure BIM‑compliant construction documents, and support client presentations. Overall Responsibilities : Generate and develop innovative design solutions for Public, Government, and Department of Defense projects, leading the interior design on multiple interior design projects simultaneously from Conceptual Design through Schematics, Design Development, and Construction Documentation. General understanding of, and ability to communicate attributes of, sustainable architectural systems. Substantial experience in interior design, documentation and detailing on a wide variety of project types. Expert knowledge of furniture systems and specifications. Microsoft Office Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam Working Proficiency in modeling software a plus: Rhino or SketchUp Rendering: Enscape, 3D Studio Max, Maxwell Render, or Twinmotion
