Lead commercial furniture planning and layout development across healthcare, workplace, and education projects Develop specifications, finish selections, and client presentation materials Prepare finish boards, digital presentations, and client-facing packages Review architectural drawings and coordinate with A&D teams, contractors, manufacturers, and installers Manage project flow from design through order entry, delivery, installation, and closeout Track project details, including lead times, approvals, submittals, and order readiness Support budgeting and value engineering while maintaining design intent Coordinate field conditions, including power, data, dimensions, and installation constraints Participate in client meetings, site visits, and installation coordination Ensure accuracy and completeness of specifications prior to order entry Lead projects through installation, punch list, and post-install warranty resolution Maintain proactive communication with clients and project teams throughout the project lifecycle Contribute to internal process improvements and team workflows We are looking for a true senior-level designer, someone who takes ownership, solves problems proactively, and understands the level of detail required to execute commercial furniture projects successfully.
