Senior Home Staging Designer/Interior Stylist
We expect candidates to come in with solid hands-on staging or styling experience and the ability to contribute quickly. If you’re passionate about design, rearranging furniture, thinking outside the box, and eager to bring innovation and creative problem-solving to staging projects, we want to hear from you! Plan designs & lead staging projects, ensuring they run smoothly, efficiently, on-budget and meets our quality standards Select, pack, and arrange furniture, decor, and accessories to create cohesive, appealing designs Coordinate closely with the admin & moving team on scheduling and logistics Communicate effectively with clients, vendors and team in order manage staging projects Conduct property walkthroughs with clients in order to understand their objectives & preferences Prepare proposals, estimates, and staging plans aligned with client's budget, the target buyers and the home's individual needs Assist with prop warehouse & inventory management Be flexible and open to taking on additional tasks as needed in a small business setting Stay up-to-date with current interior design trends Assist marketing department by creating videos of staging projects for them to use for content Strong written and verbal communication skills Driver's License and reliable transportation Collaborative mindset and ability to self-manage time and projects (staging & real estate is a fast-paced industry with many moving parts and deadlines) Punctuality, reliability, and willingness to be hands-on (staging can be physically demanding) Interior Design Degree and technical knowledge such as AutoCAD and FF&E is a plus but not required.
