Essential Duties And Responsibilities (other Duties May Be Assigned) • Create 3D Concepts, Floor Plans, Elevations and Construction Details • Listen and Think Analytically to Reach Creative and Practical Solutions • Create Compelling Visual Communications & Graphic Design Layouts (mechanically and/or digitally) • Proficient at Spatial Arrangement and Placement of Objects within Interior (and Exterior) Environments • Fundamental Understanding and use of Architectural Elements and Furnishings, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) • Familiarization with Common Décor & Design Styles • Prepare Inspirational and Sample Development Boards for Presentation • Understand Basic Construction Materials & Methods • Source and Cite proposed materials (FF&E) throughout the Design Process • Support all Departmental, Business Development and Company-Wide Design Initiatives Education And Work Experience • 0-3 years Professional Experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design / Interior Architecture • Portfolio / Examples of Work Physical Demands and Work Environment: The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
