Description We are actively in pursuit of wonder within the design of the built environment. We believe design is an act of optimism through which invention and ideas change the world. We follow a process that begins with attunement, where program and context shape strong conceptual thinking to establish a holistically informed big idea through which we develop form, confirm function, and define experience as the basis on which to explore ecology, material, and tectonic expression. Bachelor or certificate in Interior Design, Bachelor of Architecture degree 3-5 years experience, preferably at an interior design studioProficient with AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesignRevit, Bluebeam, Miro experience preferred High-end residential experienceKnowledge of the FF&A process and vendorsLos Angeles local and knowledge of local showrooms/vendors preferredComfortable in a fast-paced environment

We are known for our bold solutions that are inclusive of the wider context and are ever mindful that an interdisciplinary approach to design brings about inclusive, resilient, and original solutions that ensure diversity and resilience. The ideal candidate must possess the following skills: • Strong design skills and a passion for creativity • Strong organizational skills • A high degree of self-motivation, flexibility, and resourcefulness • Construction documents and specification experience • Construction administration experience • Ability to skillfully work alongside internal and external customers • Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills • Candidates to submit sample work: drawings (furniture plan, millwork elevations), completed work (install photos if available) and client presentation pages for FF&A scope from a past project.
