Rachel Laxer Interiors is seeking an Intermediate Interior Designer to join our team. This is a full-time, hybrid position — work from home and in-studio — based in our Scarsdale/Westchester, NY studio, and we are open to a 4-day or 5-day week for the right candidate. The role is ideal for a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience, preferably in a high-end residential design studio, who is confident taking ownership of projects from concept through installation. The successful candidate is highly organized, a self-starter, and a problem solver, comfortable managing multiple projects with limited guidance while collaborating closely with the Principal and studio team. Candidates must be based in the tri-state area, with travel to project sites and sourcing as needed.

Rachel Laxer Interiors designs high-end residential and commercial spaces in the US, UK, and Europe. We are hiring a midweight interior designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The studio is based in Scarsdale, with projects in NYC and combines remote with in-person time at our studio. You’ll be involved in all aspects of our projects, from early concept to final installation, working closely with the founder and wider team. We’re looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple tasks across active design projects.
