Working closely with our team of architects and designers, the interior designer will be responsible for developing interior design concepts and finish palettes for a variety of project types, including but not limited to healthcare, education, residential, multi-family and commercial projects. In addition to working as part of a larger team, the interior designer may also provide independent consultation and planning services. Front Desk & Project Support Specialist Pivot North Architecture | Boise, Idaho As our firm continues to grow, we are excited to welcome a Front Desk & Project Support Specialist to our collaborative and design-focused team. Position Summary The Front Desk & Project Support Specialist plays an important role in supporting both the daily operations of the office and the success of our project teams. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients, consultants, and visitors while also providing administrative and project coordination support to our architectural staff. Minimum of 3 years of recent administrative, project coordination, or office management experience, preferably within an architecture, engineering, or construction environment.

Working closely with and supporting our team of architects and designers, you will be responsible for producing and coordinating project design deliverables for a variety of project types, including but not limited to healthcare, education, residential, multi-family, and commercial projects. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • May assist or lead the design team in the construction administration phase, based on experience. • Proficiency in design, problem solving, sustainable design and emerging computer technologies. • Duties and Responsibilities: • Utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM), prepare and modify architectural documents at the direction of the project designer or more senior design professionals, coordinating design intent and firm standards.
