The Design Professional supports the planning, design, and documentation of interior environments. Produce deliverables for all project phases, including but not limited to concept plans, space plans, schematic design packages, design development packages, and construction documents Participate in construction administration tasks, including but not limited to submittal reviews, RFIs, revisions, and site visits Assist in the development of graphic presentations, 3D renderings, drawings, and other visual materials Contribute to finish selections, design documentation, and specifications Help prepare and present FF&E selections, including furniture, fabrics, and finishes Use hand sketching and digital tools to communicate design ideas and concepts Assist in the development of OPCs Investigate code and regulatory requirements Collaborate with designers, architects, and engineers in a team-oriented environment Coordinate with consultants, vendors, product representatives, and fabricators as directed Support the use of new and emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance design workflows Gain exposure to a variety of project types, including Civic, Commercial, Faith, Healthcare, K-12, and Higher Education Maintain organized materials libraries and manage vendor presentations for the Interiors team Participate in office activities, initiatives, and learning programs Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from an accredited university 0-3 years of related project experience or internship experience at a commercial interior design or architecture firm Proficiency in Revit Proficiency in modeling using 2D/3D software, Enscape, hand sketching, and AI techniques Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) Ability to work in person in the office 5 days a week with hybrid opportunities available with manager discretion Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from senior designers/architects Clear verbal communication abilities and are detail-oriented Possess a visual communication style and can think and visualize in three-dimensions Capable of working on multiple projects in multiple phases at the same time
