Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kitchen & Bath Designer. Proficiency in Kitchen & Bath Design, cabinetry layout, planning, and space optimizationExceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively liaise with clientsExperience in Sales, including the ability to present proposals and close dealsIn-depth knowledge of Cabinetry material and finishes, and industry trends20/20 cabinetry design software, AutoCAD, SketchUp5 plus years of Experience designing and ordering cabinetry from various cabinetry lines.Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independentlyBachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field, or comparable work experienceCKD Certified, CKBD would be preferredSales experienceMust be able to multitask, working on multiple jobsPermit knowledge

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • A highly motivated individual who is passionate about design, a problem solver, and success-driven, able to work on multiple projects • Prepare design solutions that will include floor plans, cabinet plans, elevations, perspectives, and associated details and specifications • Meticulous attention to detail • Must be able to proficiently handle multiple projects • Must be able to prioritize, work quickly, and accurately, and produce design projects within deadlines • Develop client-facing pricing cabinetry quotes and estimates with 100% accuracy, place and manage cabinetry orders Required Education and Experience • 5 years of Kitchen & Bath Design Experience a must • Design Degree or Certificate • College Degree Experience: • Design: 5 years (Required) • Kitchen & Bath Designer: 5 years (Required)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Build genuine and sincere relationships with clients • Greet all customers upon entering the store • Follow up with clients via email and phone • Determine the client's needs and offer suggestions and alternatives • Utilize all customer service resources • Strong communication and follow-through is essential for this sales role • Help clients select fixtures and finishes including tile, flooring, and vanities • Develop vast knowledge of showroom products Required Education and/or Experience • Sales Experience in the Kitchen & Bath Industry is a plus. Maintain a clean and tidy work environment • Work with our manufacturer representatives to better understand products and build good working relationships • Organization of showroom, samples, and swatches • Contribute to the company goal of providing complete customer satisfaction
