New Fire Native Design Group (NFN) is an Architecture and Interior Design firm dedicated to serving Native American communities through thoughtful, forward-looking design. We're seeking an experienced Interior Design Manager to lead and grow our Interior Design practice. We believe the most meaningful design solutions emerge through strong relationships, cultural understanding, and collaboration with the communities we serve. Lead, mentor, and support interior design professionals across all experience levels.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.Establish and maintain interior design standards, best practices, and production resources.Serve as a technical resource for project teams throughout design and documentation phases.Coordinate training initiatives and professional development opportunities within the discipline.Conduct quality reviews and support continuous improvement efforts across projects.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.Participate in client meetings and help maintain strong relationships with tribal partners and stakeholders.Support staffing, resource planning, and workload coordination within the Interior Design team.
