This role serves as the firm’s subject matter expert for office interior design and workplace experience, leading all interior design initiatives for new and existing Modern Family Law (MFL) offices. The Interior Design Manager partners closely with Business Operations, Facilities, IT, Marketing, and People & Culture to ensure each space supports productivity, brand consistency, and a high-quality employee and client experience. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Design & Workplace Leadership - Serve as MFL’s subject matter expert for office interior design and workplace experience. Operations Support - Assist in the day-to-day operations of existing company facilities as needed. - 3+ years of experience in interior design, workplace design, facilities design, or related environment.
