This highly collaborative role combines architectural drafting, project coordination, and interior design expertise to create homes that are cohesive, on-trend, buildable, and aligned with Mirra Homes' design vision. This role is approximately 50% focused on developing interior architectural drawings and construction documentation using Revit and/or AutoCAD, 30% on project coordination and design management, and 20% on interior design, finish selections, and product development. (Note: Remote/hybrid work and relocation assistance are not available for this role). You’ll collaborate closely with third-party architects, purchasing, construction, and leadership to keep projects on time, on budget, and aligned with Mirra’s design vision. 4+ years of interior design experience in a residential construction, architecture, or homebuilding environment (residential, multifamily, or commercial). ~ Proficiency in Revit (BIM), AutoCAD, Sketchup, or other interior design software; Strong understanding of space planning, floor planning, residential construction, and building systems. You’re tech-savvy with an understanding of key construction and design programs.
