Serves as the primary interior design point of contact for assigned projects, setting clear expectations and guiding owners and external consultants through Marriott’s brand standards, design intent, and approval processes. Drives cross-functional alignment between internal and external stakeholders including Project Management and Design Management associates, owners, architects, interior designers, and other consultants to maintain quality, budget, and schedule. Assists in the selection and management of interior design consultants, establishes expectations, provides direction and promotes high-quality performance throughout project execution.
