We are looking for an exceptional technical professional who is passionate about luxury residential design and has the expertise to transform design concepts into beautifully detailed, buildable construction documents. What We Would Like to See Minimum 6+ years of professional drafting experience in luxury residential architecture or high-end interior design.Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.Proven experience producing:Interior elevationsMillwork and cabinetry drawingsConstruction detailsFull construction document setsShop drawing coordinationStrong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and detailing.Experience working directly with contractors, consultants, and specialty fabricators.Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and drawing accuracy.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. This individual will play a vital role in the project lifecycle, contributing to all aspects of the design process, including client consultations, creating custom design boards, sourcing materials and products, and overseeing project installations.Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and project goals.• Develop and present custom design boards that reflect the MFI aesthetic and client expectations.• Source high-quality products, materials, and finishes to bring designs to life.• Manage project timelines and budgets while coordinating with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.• Oversee installations to ensure design intent and quality standards are achieved.• Maintain organized project documentation and communicate updates to the team and clients.• Foster a positive and professional relationship with clients and team members.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.• Minimum of 4 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.• Proficiency in design software, including Photoshop and AutoCAD.• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
