Interior Designer - Hospitality & Entertainment Provider
OVERVIEWThe Interior Designer plays a key role in creating immersive and visually stunning environments that captivate guests across dining areas, immersive gameplay arenas, and customer support spaces. The designer collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to bring creative visions to life, pushing the boundaries of design to leave a lasting impression on visitors.A Level 99 Interior Designer demonstrates honesty and personal integrity, prefers a joyful outlook during challenging conversations, and acts as though they are the owner and operator of the venue.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop innovative and highly functional interior design concepts and studies to evaluate design alternatives aligned with Level 99’s creative vision.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of interior design elements with artistic and technical aspects of the experience.Create detailed interior design plans, including floor plans, layouts, takeoffs, material, finish, furniture, fixture, lighting, and artwork selections, considering functionality, safety, and durability.Provide guidance and support to production teams during fabrication and installation to ensure accurate execution of design concepts.Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to source and select materials, furniture, and decor that align with the creative vision and meet budgetary requirements.Present design concepts, mood boards, and visualizations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and refining designs as necessary.Think strategically to align interior design choices with the brand voice and concept essence, creating design criteria and success metrics to systematize the design process.MUST-HAVE SKILLSStrong experience and proficiency with Revit.Minimum 3 years of post-collegiate experience designing hospitality, retail, or restaurant projects.Minimum 1 year of experience overseeing the design of restaurants or similar food service projects, with knowledge of health code requirements and restaurant infrastructure (HVAC, exhaust, kitchen equipment, etc. ).Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar 3D visualization tools.Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.Strong communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.A positive, joyful, upbeat, and energetic attitude.Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and get into the details as a team player with a proactive, get‑things‑done attitude.Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including days, nights, and weekends.Willingness to travel for new venue projects as needed.Salary$80,000 - $120,000 a yearApplication NotePlease provide your portfolio with your application.QUALIFICATIONS & SPECIAL NOTESLike to laugh, low maintenance, low drama, and enjoy a bit of fun while working.High tolerance for ambiguity, fast-paced environment, and excitement to learn on the job.Just a little obsessive about getting details right the first time.High energy personality, typically smiling, and likes to “get it done now.”EEO StatementLevel 99 is an E‑Verify employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
