Lead the project life cycle of smaller independent model home projects including furniture presentation, purchasing, and specification package development (in coordination with the Mer Attend design presentation meetings, frame walks and final model walks as required. Requires the ability to work more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. · Collaborate with department leadership in developing innovative conceptual design presentations that align with the company’s brand identity, keeping in mind functional needs, and a focus on cost effective solutions. · Develop and maintain project budgets and deadlines in coordination with department and division leadership. · This position outlines the basic tasks and requirements for the position noted. · Experience in commercial design preferred. · Understanding of Building and ADA codes preferred.
