SFCS is seeking an experienced Interior Designer with a strong background in senior living design to join our team in North Carolina. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of office-based design experience, NCIDQ certification, and a degree in Interior Design. You will lead design concepts, coordinate with project teams, and drive the interior design process across the project lifecycle. Travel locally and nationally is required to meet project needs.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Interior Designer with a strong background in senior living design to join our dynamic team. NCIDQ Certification required.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Interior Design from an accredited university.A minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in an office environment, preferably working on seniorliving, healthcare, commercial, institutional, higher education, or multi-family projects.Renovation experience is a plus.Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, and/or AutoCAD is essential. Manage the interior design process for the entire project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the program, budget, and schedule.Collaborate with Project Managers (PMs) to track internal budgets for the interior design team.Lead the selection of interior finishes and materials that reflect the vision and purpose of each project.
