NCIDQ Certification required.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Interior Design from an accredited university.A minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in an office environment, preferably working on seniorliving, healthcare, commercial, institutional, higher education, or multi-family projects.Renovation experience is a plus.Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, and/or AutoCAD is essential. Manage the interior design process for the entire project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the program, budget, and schedule.Collaborate with Project Managers (PMs) to track internal budgets for the interior design team.Lead the selection of interior finishes and materials that reflect the vision and purpose of each project.
