As an Intern Associate, Interiors, you will support the interior design team by assisting with and contributing to active design projects. The ideal candidate is part of a student co-op rotational program and able to work either the spring, summer or fall quarter. This role is an opportunity to learn and show your talent and initiative. May have opportunities to work with designers on projects under design and installation.Organize and maintain product library and material samples.Coordinate vendor visits, set up, and clean up.Develop relationships and build camaraderie with your peers, senior designers and leaders. As senior interior designer, you will take responsibility for leading our design teams through the creative and production phases of design. • Prepare drawings and documentation for schematic design, design development and construction documents, and FF&E specification phases. • Support and complement senior management at client presentations and meetings. Communicate employee development of junior designers to senior management. • Skillful in all areas of design including interior design, interior architecture, furniture design, accessorizing, and graphic design.

As Senior Design Manager you will be responsible for working directly with the client, consultants, and other team members to deliver projects on time and within budget. • Ensure that the project conforms to the contractual agreement the firm has made with the client and in accordance with company quality requirements. • Review and sign off on Deltek Project timesheets of staff when assigned. • Identifies development of key design elements for periodic review with Associate Principal or Principals.
