Responsibilities include: • Collaborate with designers to request vendor quotes, enter design items, and create proposals in Studio Designer software • Process and expedite orders and pay all vendor invoices • Prepare and send invoices, collect and post invoice payments in Studio Designer software • Post expenses and vendor payments • Enter inventory • Correspond with the bookkeeper • Keep track of freight retainer payments and balances • Monitor, track, and follow up on progress of orders and purchases to ensure accuracy and timelines are met • Manage project binders and project files • Identify issues with orders and review with the Interior Designer to execute solutions Job Requirements: • Proficient in Google Suite • Strong communication and organizational skills • Hybrid work schedule.
