Partner with Account Executives on projects of all sizes from quick wins to complex, large-scale installs Actively engage with customers and influencers to identify project needs and solutions Support client meetings, showroom tours, and on-site visits Assist with site measurements, inventories, and space assessment Confidently explain product benefits and guide clients toward the best solutions Create preliminary budget pricing Stay current with trends, vendors, and CEU opportunities Build strong, collaborative relationships with vendor partners Design & SolutionsSolve real client challenges through thoughtful design and product selection Create space plans, layouts, and renderings Develop engaging customer presentations Produce finish packages and detailed product specifications Maintain proactive communication with project team Source installation quotes and navigate contracts to deliver best-value pricing Support RFP responses with professional documentation Finalize pricing and installation documents Team & Showroom ExperienceCollaborate with the Design Manager to develop design solutions, contributing ideas that support both the client vision and team goals Engage with teammates sharing ideas, asking questions, and supporting one another Assist walk-in customers in selecting furniture solutions Manage priorities with a customer-first mindset Contribute to a positive, energized, and solution-driven work environment Step in where needed, knowing the best work happens when teams work together What You Bring Education & Experience2-4 year Interior Design degree 4+ years of relevant interior design or contract furniture experience Technical SkillsStrong proficiency in: Core Microsoft Office CET Cyncly Worksheet Professional StrengthsAble to work independently and collaboratively Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Comfortable managing deadlines and competing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Persuasive, professional, and client-focused Detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual Open to occasional travel in support of projects Why Innovative Office Solutions?Work from a brand-new, beautifully designed showroom at International Market Square Be part of a collaborative, creative, and supportive team Design spaces that truly impact how and where people work Grow your skills alongside experienced professionals and industry partners

Essential Functions • Discovery: • Work with Account Executives to sell smaller jobs or work as a part of a larger team on bigger, more complex jobs. • Build and maintain working relationships with vendors and vendor representatives • Continued education by attending vender updates and CEU’s • Solutions: • Problem solving through design and product selection • Design and space planning • Create Customer Presentation using PowerPoint • Keep open lines of communication with Account Executives to ensure project success • Drawings and product specifications • Finish presentations • Project Renderings • Obtain installation quotes as needed • Navigate contracts to quote the best available pricing to the customer. • Selection : • RFP response documentation • Final Pricing • Installation documents • File completed projects • Team Work : • Receives work direction from the Design Manager • Openly exchange ideas and opinions with co-workers and ask for help when needed • Work with walk-ins to select furniture. • CAP / Worksheet / 2020 • Visual Impressions • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, team environment. • Ability to record and work with detailed information accurately.
