Hill Country Interiors is seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Floral Design Assistant to join our luxury home furnishings and design team. Our showroom specializes in high-end furnishings, lighting, and custom florals. Responsibilities Assist the Lead Floral Designer with creating custom artificial floral arrangements Prepare containers, stems, greenery, florals, and decorative materials for projects Help assemble floral displays for showroom floors, client homes, and special projects Maintain organization of floral inventory, supplies, and work areas Receive, unpack, and organize incoming floral shipments Assist with seasonal showroom updates and merchandising Support installation of floral arrangements and décor as needed Keep floral workspace clean, organized, and production-ready Strong interest in floral design, interior design, home décor, or visual merchandising Creative eye for color, scale, texture, and composition Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow direction while also contributing creative ideas Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to lift and move floral containers, décor items, and supplies Previous floral, design, retail, or merchandising experience is a strong plus!
