High Camp Home is seeking a talented Interior Design Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of post-bachelor’s degree experience in project management in a related field. Responsibilities • Manages the execution and delivery of implementation documents through all phases of a project • Utilizes creative thinking to achieve innovative solutions • Collaborates in project meeting management, including scheduling, determining meeting purpose, preparing agendas and meeting report and maintaining action items log on regular basis • Attends on-site visits and field reviews as necessary • Understands fundamental accounting principles and the project accounting process • Collaborates in and may be responsible for delivering a project on defined budget requirements • Builds, updates and executes project schedule ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with the budgeted labor; recalibrates as necessary • Estimates budget on all projects. • Attend program meetings and prepare minutes as well as a list of follow-through actions • Assist in reviewing purchase orders, change orders, and sub-contracts • Develop and coordinate formal monthly project status reports • Coordinate decision log/open item reports, communicate and follow up with responsible parties, informing team on the status of items, and plans to meet deliverable dates. Qualifications • Accredited professional degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business or related field or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience • Strong experience in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks with knowledge of Indesign preferred • Bachelor’s Degree • Demonstrated project management skills and expertise; demonstrated leadership, judgment, and technical competence; project management and organizational skills • Strong presentation skills • Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner both verbally and in writing Final salary decisions are made based upon the extent and relatedness of the candidate’s education and experience and consider internal equity and external market factors
