Assistant Manager for Interior Design School

In this highly visible role, you will be the co-leader responsible for the success of operations at the HSID Utah Campus. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will represent the voice of the day to day and strategic needs of the HSID Utah school including students, prospective students, staff and contractors and the design community to the leadership team and will inform and shape the strategic direction and overall success of the Heritage School of Interior Design. Assist in long term strategic planning for school and student success Manage communication with students via email and phone about admissions information, field general inquiries and questions. Coordinate and analyze student feedback and support students and teachers with resolving problems and maintaining quality standards. Background working in interior design or architecture Proactive and innovative thinker - must be a troubleshooter and problem solver Proficient computer skills + technical skills with architectural softwares Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self motivated with ability to work independently Organized and efficient with time management with high attention to detail
