About The RoleWe are seeking an organized, market-savvy Assistant Manager – Buyer – Merchandiser to join our residential and commercial interior design team in Akron, OH. Manage all floor moves to incorporate new merchandise.Sales & Performance Analysis: produce weekly and monthly reports on category performance and gross margin. SMR Development LLC, a nimble, WBE-certified real estate development and consulting firm based in downtown Boise, seeks an Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator to manage the business side of affordable housing deals. You will keep the Owner's calendar, inbox, and to-do list under control while gaining exposure to real estate finance, entitlements, and public policy. This part-time role (~30 hrs/week) offers hybrid work with potential to grow into full-time.

Must have good computer skills. Preferred knowledge of computerized framing system such as Lifesaver. We combine framing with or full service interior design business.

We are looking for a long-term editor to work with a client of ours. They have a city record that includes legislative documents that need to be edited each week. We have a lead editor but are looking for a backup editor.
