They are currently seeking driven, customer-focused Sales & Design Consultants to engage clients and create customized design solutions while achieving sales goals. Responsibilities Greet and engage clients throughout our showroom and via phone, chat, and emailUnderstand each client’s style, needs, and budget to create customized design solutionsProvide product recommendations and thoughtful spatial planningBuild and nurture long-term client relationships through referrals, social media, and networkingSet and achieve monthly sales goals with support from leadership and ongoing trainingAccurately enter and manage sales orders and ensure payment deposits are securedStay informed and inspired through regular product training and showroom updatesDeliver an elevated customer experience that reflects our world-class reputation Skills 1–3 years of B2C sales or customer engagement experienceStrong communication and relationship-building skillsProven ability to work in a goal-oriented environmentAbility to prospect for new clientsComfortable using platforms like email, social media, and basic CRM toolsBachelor's degree in design, marketing, or a related field3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or designExperience in home furnishings or interior designProficiency with Microsoft Office and industry tools Benefits Furnitureland South is a retail company that provides home furnishing products.
