Architectural Drafter - Custom Residential

We're a small, close-knit team based in Raleigh, NC, and we're looking for an Architectural Drafter who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to exceptional custom residential projects from concept through construction documentation. If you care about great proportions, enjoy solving design challenges, and have a passion for residential design, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do 1-3 years of experience preparing construction documents for residential projects.A degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Drafting, or a related field is preferred but not required.A genuine passion for residential design and a desire to understand the craft of home design.Familiarity with residential construction methods, wood-framed construction, and construction documentation standards.Experience producing floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and other construction documentation with accuracy and consistency.Experience with BIM software.
