The Director of Design Management oversees the operational and strategic aspects of the design department for Equinox Group. This role focuses on project planning, design workflows, FF&E implementation, and consultant management to ensure the successful delivery of club renovations and new projects.

The Senior Interior Designer will lead interior design and FF&E development for new club openings, renovations, and special projects. This role involves managing individual projects while assisting the SVP of Design with the expansion of Equinox brand locations.
