Position: Interior CAD Designer (Soft Trims, Catia) Job SummarySeeking a skilled CAD Designer to support the design and development of automotive soft trim (seats, door panels, headliners, instrument panel skins) and hard trim (IP consoles, pillars, bezels, trim covers) components. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in CATIA and NX for 3D modeling, surfacing, and detailing.Key Responsibilities Create and modify 3D CAD models and 2D drawings for soft and hard trim components using CATIA V5/V6 and Siemens NXDevelop Class A and Class B surfaces for interior trim partsCollaborate with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure feasibility and meet styling, packaging, and regulatory requirementsSupport DFMEA, GD&T, and tolerance stack-up analysisRevise designs based on input from CAE, prototyping, and tooling teamsMaintain BOM and ensure all CAD data is managed in PLM system (e.g., Teamcenter, ENOVIA)Required Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field5+ years of experience in automotive interior trim design (soft and/or hard trim)Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6 (Part Design, Generative Shape Design, Assembly, Drafting)Proficiency in Siemens NX (Modeling, Drafting, Assemblies)Understanding of manufacturing processes: injection molding, compression molding, thermoforming, foaming, and trimmingKnowledge of materials: fabrics, leather, foam, PVC, ABS, PP, etc.Preferred Qualifications Experience with Class A surfacingFamiliarity with Teamcenter or ENOVIA PLMKnowledge of GD&T and stack-up analysisExperience working with OEM or Tier 1 automotive suppliers#J-18808-Ljbffr

The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in automotive interior accessories, a relevant bachelor's degree, and expertise in regulatory compliance. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensuring product quality and functionality. Proficiency in Catia V5 and strong communication skills are essential for success. A master's degree and additional skills in validation and plastic part design are preferred.

The purpose of this position is to manage and serve is the central contact for office strategies and work environment solutions for the professional office environment working under general direction and guidance of the Facilities manager to coordinate and plan the utilization of new facilities, renovations, layouts equipment updates, and utilities support; may include modernization, maintenance along with investigates and implements Ergonomic, OSHA and EPA requirements, ensuring compliance to local, state, and federal codes. Develops executable plans to support the business needs, corporate objectives and initiatives. • Experience: 3–5+ years in space planning, interior design, or corporate real estate. • Experience with project management and coordination. Equivalent education and experience required. • Experience in product development in automotive/heavy truck body interior components required • 3+ years of experience working with automotive/truck or heavy equipment design required, Class 7/8 truck chassis highly desired. • Ability to effectively work as part of a team with demonstrated leadership skills.

· Reviews all drawings to ensure all engineering deliverables and product process requirements have been met · Indentifies and creates process and design specifications for a wide variety of highly complex product components to obtain operational, cost, quality and/or manufacturing feasibility improvements. · Analyzes highly complex design problems and formulates engineering conclusions by the application of engineering and / or mathematical principals. · Creates and executes development project cost and timing · Oversees and consults on prototype fabrication processes.
