Role Description This is a full-time, fully on-site or hybrid role for an Urban Designer located in Baltimore, MD, with 10-15 years' experience. Qualifications • Strong expertise in Urban Design and Planning • Proficient knowledge and experience in Urban Design principles • Experience in Architecture and/or Landscape Architecture, including sustainable and innovative solutions • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in and/or lead interdisciplinary teams • Proven ability to work on and/or manage complex projects, meet deadlines, and present to diverse stakeholders • Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, GIS, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling software • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and/or Urban Design and a portfolio • Licensure or Certification (AIA, AICP, ASLA, LEED-AP, etc.)

Experience, Licensure, Certifications and Education: • Experience: 1-6 years in Multi-Family, Education, and/or Workplace preferred • Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Interior Design or Architecture, and portfolio • A strong design sensibility, attention to detail with an understanding of materiality and construction • Outstanding design, analytical, graphic, writing, and verbal skills • Demonstrated proficiency in Revit & Adobe Creative Suite • Familiar with construction documents and has knowledge of interior code requirements, familiarity with current accessibility codes is preferred • Client service and relationship building skills • Pursuing Licensure • Work with the project manager and the project lead designer(s) in creating interior environments that meet the clients vision and goals. • Develop project and furniture specifications and other technical requirements of projects.
