You'll help shape the complete client experience—from discovery and design development through 3D modeling, visualization, finish selections, construction documentation, and construction collaboration. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in luxury residential interior design, architectural interiors, or design-build environments. You'll work on some of the most distinctive custom residential projects in the Western United States alongside architects, engineers, builders, and craftspeople in a collaborative design-build environment. DC Structures and DC Builders are a nationwide contracting team specializing in the sale, design and construction of one-of-a-kind wood structures. • Collaborate with our architectural team to realize our clients' project goals • Create detailed drawings and specifications. • Liaise with sales, design, and construction teams to understand customer preferences and build timelines. • 5+ years of professional experience in interior and architectural design. • Proficiency in the following design software: Chief Architect Premier and Revit • Specification knowledge of high-end finishes, fixtures, and appliances.
