We are looking for a talented and qualified Junior Interior Designer who is as much an artist as they are a project manager and is comfortable with client-facing roles and a fast-paced team environment. They report to the Job Captain or Project Manager on tasks and deliverables and work directly to ensure the facilitation of a project’s completion; on-time, on/under-budget, and meets DDA’s quality standards. Organize all aspects of the specification process -- answering questions, sending packages, selecting, etc. · Demonstrate leadership skills in assisting team to produce quality projects -- stay up with team, assist as and when needed, take initiative. You will work directly with the Principal, gaining insight into the highest levels of the industry.

We are looking for a "take-charge" individual who can bridge the gap between high-level conceptual artistry and the organization required to run a project from Concept through Construction Administration. · Design Communication: Develop powerful presentations (Photoshop, InDesign) that effectively communicate the design to clients. You will work directly with the CEO and the North America Lead Designer daily, gaining insight into the highest levels of the industry.

The right candidate must have 3-5 years minimum experience in interior design or interior architecture and have a strong desire to learn and/or build upon an existing career in hospitality design. They will be a hard-working, highly motivated, positive minded individual who works well independently, is analytical in approach and is highly focused. You will be interfacing directly with the CEO and founding principle on a daily basis and will be expected to be highly professional, organized, practical and responsible as you work in the context of both assistant and interior designer. In return for your effective and supportive participation, you will be provided with personalized mentoring and training in multiple aspects of hospitality, interior design, and architecture.
