Design, develop, and present creative architectural concepts Translate conceptual designs into complete, coordinated construction documents Utilize Revit and rendering software to clearly communicate design intent Participate in all phases of projects, from conception through completion Prepare and coordinate project specifications Collaborate closely with project teams Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail Proven ability to develop projects from concept through construction documents Experience with specifications and documentation standards Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently
