As a Mid-Level Architect at CUBE 3, we’ll expect that, you can, with assistance and support, put a building together from the beginning of the design process to the end of Construction Documents, drawing upon your years of experience in the profession and in the field. In this position you’ll work with direction from a Project Manager and be responsible for specific technical design aspects of projects including investigation, evaluation, and development of design solutions. You’ll also work very closely with QA/QC teams for technical insight to ensure complete project review while providing support for the Project Manager across all aspects of the project. Finally, we expect that you’ll be able to create, review and evolve concept design options, assign tasks to other team members, and deliver within project schedules, as well as provide professional consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of large, complex projects.
