Store Designer candidate required to commute to Salisbury, NC 3x a week.ResponsibilitiesContribute to the store development process across multiple brands by providing thoughtful design solutions and timely project delivery.Prepare and distribute fixture plans for partner review, ensuring adherence to drafting, design, and brand standards.Manage project timelines and facilitate delivery of accurately completed projects to client partners.Support business partners in space and planning analysis as needed.Track changes, issue revisions, and maintain a library of projects, including conducting field surveys.Contribute to the development and maintenance of comprehensive drawing, equipment, fixture, and standards libraries.Participate in creating efficient work processes and tool development within applicable software.Present completed plans to project and leadership teams.Collaborate with internal and external partners across departments and client consultants.QualificationsDegree in Interior Design, Architecture or Architectural Technology (preferred).3–5 years of related experience (preferred but not required).Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of architecture, design and construction documents.Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.Familiarity with Adobe, Blue Beam, Sketch‑Up, Smartsheet (ideal but not required).CSSP (Certified Supermarket Store Planner) certification – ideal but not required.Strong attention to detail, organizational and time‑management skills.Excellent communication, active listening, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.Ability to lead presentations and train new planners.Willingness to adapt to change and support team collaboration.Travel up to 25% of the time.CBES is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
