The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller with hands-on experience in photography and videography, social media management, and content creation, while also possessing the organizational skills to manage marketing projects, campaigns, and brand consistency across multiple company platforms. Capture high-quality photo and video content of projects, events, team culture, products, services, and brand momentsProduce short-form and long-form video content for social media, website, email campaigns, and marketing initiativesCreate engaging behind-the-scenes, promotional, and storytelling content that reflects each brand’s voice and cultureEdit photos and videos to maintain a polished, professional, and brand-consistent aestheticMaintain an organized library of digital content and marketing assets Platform Ownership: Lead strategy, content creation, and scheduling for Premium Property Trust (PPT), Premium Property Management (PPM), Armour & Co, and WORX across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedInBrand Support: Provide consistent social media management and support for Blackstone Construction and Christopher CollectionVisual Design: Develop carousel and story graphics for all social platformsContent Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar to support brand visibility and engagement across all platformsBrand Voice: Create captions, coordinate posting schedules, and ensure consistent brand voice across brandsEngagement & Growth: Monitor social engagement and identify opportunities to grow audience interactionReporting: Track and report on social media and content performance metrics to determine future strategy Blogging: Research, write, and publish blog content for Christopher Collection, focusing on SEO best practices and brand storytellingEmail Marketing: Coordinate and execute email campaigns for Christopher Collection and WORX, assisting other brands as neededWebsite Maintenance: Assist with basic website updates and SEO optimizations across the portfolio of brands Experience in marketing, content creation, communications, social media management, or a related fieldStrong photography and videography skills with a portfolio of work preferred — this is a core requirement of the roleProficiency in content editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro), Canva, or similar platformsStrong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and digital storytellingExcellent organizational and project coordination skillsStrong written communication and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
