NCIDQ certification required, or able to obtain within one year of employment.

As an Interior Designer Professional and acting as a supervisor as your secondary role, you will manage the interiors team in work coordination, people development, and evaluation. You will interact with clients to understand their needs and develop objectives, which you will address throughout each project as you coordinate with a multidiscipline team comprised of architects and engineers. • Create design concepts and material finish boards and present to clients to obtain support and approvals. Supervision • Hire, supervise, support, and develop staff on the interior design team. • Participate in all staff meetings, internal committees, and other non-billable planning sessions.
