We are looking for a skilled and self-directed Interior Designer with 5+ years of experience to join our design team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for taking projects from early concept through design development and documentation, preparing them for a seamless handoff to our in-house production and construction teams. You’ll help shape the design vision and ensure all design intent and specifications are clearly communicated for execution—without managing construction oversight or team leadership responsibilities. Ability to work directly with clients and guide them through the selection process Willingness to work in office with the our Design and Production team Weekend and evening work will not be expected Willingness to travel to project sites, up to 1.5 hours away 2-3 times a month

This position is ideal for a designer who is passionate about the creative process, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative studio environment. • Ability to work directly with clients and guide them through the selection process • Willingness to work in office with the team • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the kitchen and bath design industry • Experience in Adobe Suite products a plus • Proficiency with Google Office Suite Products (Drive, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) Experience: • CAD Drafting: 2 years (Required) • Cabinet design software: 1 year (Preferred)
