Develop functional design layouts that meet client needs and comply with building codes and regulations. Regularly report project updates to clients, Design Director, and the internal team, ensuring clear communication regarding timelines, budgets, and project scopes. Experience in working with subcontractors, suppliers, and municipal authorities. Knowledge of building codes and permitting processes.
