About the position Based in Baton Rouge, this hands-on role sits at the intersection of hospitality, marketing, events, content, and showroom operations. You’ll work as part of the AOS marketing team and collaborate closely with business development, project management, design support, manufacturer partners, and community organizations. Description: The Installer at AOS Interior Environments is an integral member of our Operations Team. Installers typically work on one of three specialized teams: Furniture, Manufactured Interior Construction, or Storage Solutions. Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload furniture, fixtures, and equipment while preserving product condition.Installation: Learn and execute installations of free-standing furniture, panel systems, modular systems, and casegoods.Blueprints & Instructions: Accurately read and follow blueprints, layouts, and manufacturer installation instructions.Jobsite Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite, including site cleanup and adherence to site-specific expectations.Project Execution: Follow directions to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective job completion.Documentation: Complete and submit all necessary paperwork, including signed completion forms, punch lists, and time/loss reports.Client Interaction: Maintain a professional, service-minded demeanor when interacting with clients, project managers, and team members.Travel: Be prepared for overnight travel for installations when required.
