As a Sales Consultant, you will conduct in-home consultations with homeowners, provide estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for their replacement projects. ResponsibilitiesConduct in-home consultations with homeownersProvide estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for replacement projectsBuild rapport with customers to deliver a superior homeowner experienceUse pre-set and pre-qualified leads (no cold calling)QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferredValid driver's license and reliable vehicle2+ years of in-home or outside sales experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsSchedule availability for many evenings and weekendsAbility to sit, walk, reach at waist level, climb stairs, and occasionally reach from floor to above shoulder levelMust routinely lift/move items weighing up to 55 lbs and place them on raised surfacesAbility to drive personal vehicle and hold a valid state motor vehicle operator's licenseCompensationCompensation averages between $200,000 and $255,000 per year. Performance bonuses are available and profit-sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate and paid quarterly.
