Alliance Architects - Interior Design Project Manager The project manager will partner and collaborate with clients, consultants, and other team members as well as direct the A&E team to ensure the project's successful completion. · Oversee all phases of design for multiple projects collaborating with other team members and clients. · Knowledge of material costs and staying current on design trends. • 5-7 years of experience in commercial design with 1-2 years of experience in project management
Primary responsibilities of this position include interior design as part of an architectural project team along with standalone interior design projects; preparation of construction documents, graphic presentation, coordination with engineering sub-consultants and construction administration support; preparation of furniture, fixture, and equipment (FF&E) documents. · Participate in all phases of design for multiple projects collaborating with other team members and clients. · Specify and select furniture systems. · 2-5 years experience in a commercial design firm. · Knowledge of Lumion and Sketchup preferred.
