Role Description Qualifications • Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces • Strong knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, with the ability to develop and interpret detailed layouts • Experience in selecting and designing FF&E to achieve cohesive design solutions • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members effectively • Ability to manage projects from conceptual design through completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met • Familiarity with design software, CAD programs, and rendering tools; certification in industry-relevant design programs is a plus
