3North is seeking one Interior Design Intern to join our Richmond, Virginia studio for Spring 2027. This is a paid, in-office internship for a motivated student ready to gain hands-on experience within a Unified Design Studio and contribute meaningfully to real client projects. From day one, you’ll be immersed in our open-studio culture, working side by side with interior designers, architects, and landscape architects. You’ll gain exposure to projects across hospitality, cultural, residential, and commercial markets—actively participating in the design process from concept through execution.
